Disgruntled

I placed an order with Spartan Meals and I immediately canceled it. I was advised and assured by a representative that the order was canceled but the delivery took place anyway and I was charged. I have spent the past several weeks emailing and calling spartan meal for a refund which they advised would be given but I can’t talk to an actual person and have been given the run around by the individuals I spoke with. I was looking into recommending the meals to family and friends but the crusty service department is very unprofessional and doesn’t have a “customer first” agenda.
I would never refer spartan meals to anyone based on my experience and I will contact BBB regarding this experience.

My Experience

I haven't lost any weight & my order after I left in my notes nothing made from a pig & I received 4 meals that had sausage or & bacon in it. I suggest in the future you make sure you clearly read the notes the person has written. The food does taste good.
